Chaley Dimoff

Educator. Communicator. Advocate.

I’m a Midwest native with roots in Wisconsin and Illinois, which means I appreciate a good Friday fish fry, know my way around a tackle box, and will never say no to cheese curds. I love fishing, camping, and exploring new places, whether that’s a new hiking trail or a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. My husband and I share our home with two dogs who keep life interesting and full of adventure.

Professionally, I’ve spent my career making complicated things easier to understand, whether through teaching, instructional design, or technical communication. I’ve worked with companies like Caterpillar, Johnson Controls, Pentair, Manitou Group, and Western Research Institute, helping to create training and learning experiences that actually stick.

At the end of the day, I believe learning should be engaging, hands-on, and practical—both in and out of the classroom.

Let's Work Together.

I’m a problem solver, educator, and communicator with a passion for making learning accessible, engaging, and effective. My experience spans Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, universities, and nonprofits, giving me the ability to adapt, collaborate, and lead in diverse environments. Whether I’m designing instructional content, leading training sessions, or teaching in the classroom, my goal is always the same: create meaningful learning experiences that empower people to succeed.

I thrive in both independent roles and small, dynamic teams, and I love building strong relationships with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learners to ensure training and education meet real needs and make a lasting impact. My work has taken me across industries, from engineering and manufacturing to academia and nonprofit leadership, where I’ve worked with companies like Caterpillar, Johnson Controls, Manitou Group, Western Research Institute, LCCC, and UW.

Beyond instructional design and technical training, I’m always open to speaking engagements and teamwork consultation—helping teams communicate more effectively and work together with purpose. If you’re looking for a creative problem solver who can design, teach, and connect people to information in meaningful ways, let’s talk!
